We are a small, Auckland-based building company. The person who quotes your job is the person who runs it — and the person you call if you ever need us afterwards.

Who we are

Better homes, brighter tomorrows

Koa Build started with a simple frustration: homeowners were being asked to manage their own builders. Chasing quotes, coordinating trades, guessing what a variation would cost, and hoping the paperwork was handled.

We do it the other way around. One team takes your project from the first conversation through to the code compliance certificate, and you get a fixed price and a straight answer at every stage. It is not a complicated idea — it is just how building should work.

We work across Auckland on residential renovations, remodels and new builds. Most of our work comes from people who have seen a neighbour's place, or been passed our name by someone we built for before.

If a cheaper option will do the job, we will say so. If your budget will not stretch to what you want, we will tell you before you spend anything.

We build as if we were going to live in it. Framing, flashings and waterproofing get the attention they deserve, not just the finishes you can see.

Trades booked in advance, realistic programmes, and a phone that gets answered. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
